Payment & Shipping

We update our stock daily, so you can be assured that what you see on our website is in stock and available for delivery.

All of our stock is new and in good condition, unless stated otherwise, so you can order with confidence that your products will arrive in good order.

Payment

We accept most debit and credit cards for payment. Cheques may be sent to Newcastle Model Shop,

Unit 42, Eldon Garden, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7RA. However, your order will not be dispatched until your cheque has cleared.

Shipping

We usually dispatch orders within two working days of receiving full payment. Your order will be sent by Royal Mail Signed for 2nd Class delivery. For large or fragile orders other couriers may be chosen at our discretion, which may affect delivery times.

Postage and packing

Mainland UK postage and packing on most orders is £4.

For large or multiple kit orders please contact us for a P&P quote.

Please note: Postage costs and delivery times may differ for postcodes beginning BT, GY, IM, JE, KW, PO30-41 & ZE. For these postcodes and for international delivery please contact us for a P&P quote.

We are unable to dispatch aerosols, paints, thinners, glues and putties overseas due to restrictions imposed by certain couriers.

If you are local and want to save yourself the cost of P&P you can email or call us to reserve your items and collect them in store.
